You can be as specific or as general as you would like but the idea is to start seeing some of these homes now while you are still consumed with holiday activities so you have a better idea what to expect once you are ready to commit and make an offer. For example: Let’s say I am fairly certain that once the holiday parties have abated and life returns to a more normal pace, I am going to be ready to officially start my active search for a new home.
