According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, home sales have increased 12% in March, compared to the same time period last year. Meanwhile, the median price for homes has also risen, from $125,000 to $138,000, here in Cincinnati. Employment rates continue to rise in the area meaning that we certainly have willing and able buyers. These numbers reflect the overall trend nationally, as well.

This means that most areas around town are seeing home values rise simply due to the continuing recovery of the market. If you have put off selling your home in favor of better markets, now might be the time to reconsider.
